You need to take rest and hot water fermentation twice a day will help reduce pain and relaxes the muscles for the moment, exercises will increase the pain. Visit physiotherapy clinic and take electrotherapy for 10 days to get rid of pain, later with strengthening exercises, there wont be any pain or discomfort.
