Dear sir. Since May 6th I am suffering from a fully torn Acl ligament and grade 3 meniscus tear. Consulted a orthopedic he told me to go for a surgery. As I don't want to go for a surgery . So I am doing physiotherapy . I have recovered alot but still thier is a weakness in my leg. Can u suggest me Wat should I do.? Does surgery is the on
