Pain is there for last one year. Went for 1 week regular physiotherapy by which pain vanished. But i am going for 5kms run daily for last 1 month, the pain is back. I went for MRI nd found a tear in Lower part of ACL. I need quick solution. As i have to more of physical work in coming months
