I back Dr parashar that it requires a surgical intervention. But in case you don't wish to opt for surgical procedure, knee brace and  strengthening of quadriceps and hamstring muscles will be of help along with cryotherapy. Though you'll be able to walk pain free but knee will be unstable and prone to injury or worse a complete tear if there is a traumatic event.

Hi. Physiotherapy can help you with achieving more stability for your knee joint. But unfortunately, ACL partial tear doesn't heal on its own. It requires surgical correction. Also no oil or anything will help you getting your ACL back.
Next Steps
See an orthopedist.
Health Tips
Do not apply oil or massage your knee.
