Ligament tear /unable to stand or walk
I had ligament injury in September its been months i am taking physio sessions but i am unable to stand for more than 10 min my feet and leg start paining as i stand and my thigh muscles get tight on walking i have taken laser, manual it releases etc but this pain in feet and heel pain side of arch keeps paining .i have taken medications for vitamin etc issue is will i be able to stand and walk like normally i need a feel to sit as long as i stand for 10 min as of mri done in sep 2 ligament partial are present and 1 complete tear some doctors say it's flat feet issue but due to flat feet a person can't be able to stand that is unbelievable

This pain is coming from pelvic muscles disbalance,  when people walk with ligament tear then body adjust its pelvic for stability thats why one side muscles become short. So this is your traveling pain.

Given from your  history because of the tear, muscle  weakness in the lower body is something what we can expect,so there can  chances  of reduced mobility in your hip joint, knee joint  and ankle joint which leads to compensation or over use of the muscle so try to visit a physiotherapy  Clinic near by and get a proper assessment done and slowly start working on your mobility, strength and agility People with flat foot generally face issues like you have mentioned we have to work one you arch support which can reduced the tension to some extent and work on your  ankle mobility  and calf stretches  and strengthening exercise, hope this helps

Hi, you will have to visit physiotherapy clinic nearby your area. Proper assessment has to be done to get a proper idea. Do you have swelling? Your gait pattern needs to be assessed to see which side your weight bearing is more and accordingly it has to be trained. Get right guidance and i think you will be okay.

Stretchings n strengthening exercises for the lower limbs esp calf, hamstring, and ankle these will be helpful. In addition to this quadriceps strengthening exercises will be beneficial.

It's hard to reach a consensus without seeing the patient. From what I can workout, it looks like tibialis tendinopathy is the bigger issue. Try icing and kinesiology taping for the tibilis post tendon
