I have moderate level of ligament tear in my ankle.. dr. Suggested to take rest for 2 months. can i practice yoga once i get completely healed.. can i do vajrasanam. Im new to yoga.. have back pain also. Undergone 2 csections.

After complete rest as suggested by docs
you can do yoga and other exercises slowly.
Step by step do start exercises and stretching is must before start of any activity, if feel any stiffness or pain apply ice pack for 15mins.
Yes u can practice yoga once your ankle heals. For vajar asana u had to do strengthening excs before that. N then slowly n gradually progress to other yoga/ excs
