I have a ligament dislocation in wrist.sometimes it pains and swelling too.what should i do for that?

Greetings,  sorry about the pain.  As a home care give ice to wrist twice a day.  Use a wrist brace to support the area of pain so that you do not move it very often.
Next Steps
get to see a physio with knowledge about trigger point therapy and your problem will be taken care.  all ligament injury will take at least 1-2 months to resolve.  after trigger point therapy if better exercise will be recommended and follow up with the therapist until you are pain free and return to normalcy.
