Hi
U should consult an Orthopaedician first
And as soon as possible you should start with the exercises in guidance of a physiotherapist.
Side by side u should start taking calcium and vit. D supplement as prescribed by your doc.
U can get stronger without falling only if you follow above things.
If u delay it ur treatment will also get delayed and u will require more time to recover
Rest is on to u
No need for surgery...
Mulligan's manual therapy can cure ACL tear in 4-6 weeks. I have a video of a patient ,in my youTube channel"Naumika Manual Therapy ".
Consult an orthopedic immediately
Ur diet should be full of mineral
vitamin ,and calcium
Morning ☀️ exposure 10-15 min daily
Consult physiotherapist as well for strengthening ur muscle exercise
Next Steps

Ma'am you need to consult in person with neuro physician or experienced physiotherapist for proper diagnosis to your problems.
naturally for getting strong and healthy, diet must be followed that are rich in calcium and minerals.
Next Steps
Consult in person at prime clinic and physiotherapy center, begumpet.
This is all because of vitamin-d deficiency. If your vitamin -d is below 9 then uh have to consult the orthopedics n u have to take injections plus vitmain d supplements. Do regular exercises after vitmain d intake. Take proper sleep as well.
