I have got ACL partial tear.
Doctor told no need to go for surgery, but I am facing lot of instability. 3-4 times in last 1week I felt like falling due to knee unstability.
Can this issue be solved with physiotherapy or I should go for surgery???

Hi..dont worry it can be completely cured by physiotherapy and by proper knee rehab protocol by strengthening ur knee joint muscles and tear can be healed by physiotherapy .till u go for treatment take care to avoid falling by buckling of knee.
A partial tear can definitely be worked on with physiotherapy.
Instability can be because of inadequate strength around hip and knee muscles and also can be a balance problem.
