Knee unstability dueto ACL partial tear
I have got ACL partial tear. Doctor told no need to go for surgery, but I am facing lot of instability. 3-4 times in last 1week I felt like falling due to knee unstability. Can this issue be solved with physiotherapy or I should go for surgery???

What's your MRI report say . if its grade 3 tear then it may need surgery grade 1 and 2 can be managed by knee strengthening exercises.

Partial tear can be cured by physiotherapy. Specially the instability issue will be resolved.

Hi..dont worry it can be completely cured by physiotherapy and by proper knee rehab protocol by strengthening ur knee joint muscles and tear can be healed by physiotherapy .till u go for treatment take care  to avoid falling by buckling of knee.

Without surgical procedure by physiotherapy u can be treated, but results will be about 80%only and depends on physiotherapist

A partial tear can definitely be worked on with physiotherapy. Instability can be because of inadequate strength around hip and knee muscles and also can be a balance problem.
