Lump in neck
I felt two lumps: one below the left submandibular area and the other one in left side of lower neck. The size is about half inch and hard in consistency. Sometimes I feel very mild pain in left side of jaw that too occasionally. Recently I felt another lump just above the hyoid bone, small sized. Could it be malignancy?

Avoid tobbaco (chewing or smoking) and beetle nut. Get an USG, followed by FNAC. Mostly in indian scenario this multiple cervical lymphadenopathy, with TB being the most common cause but malignancy should be ruled out after through examination and investigation.
Next Steps
visit a surgeon, get USG and FNAC
Health Tips
use chlorhexidine gargles 3-4 times per day.

Most likely they are enlarged lymph nodes. Causes  can be many starting from a simple infection. Definitely you need further evaluation. No need to worry though

According to your age mostly cancer is less likely but can't say as few exceptions are present. So basically first of all you will require one ultrasound of neck with blood test( complete haemogram) to see infection. It could be some infection like tuberculosis . So better do basic test ultrasound and followed by FNAC. Need to visit a doctor.
