Lower back pain
Whenever I lift something heavy (+20kg) or bend for a longer period (+1 min) my lower back starts paining. It been 3-4 years now. I have initially consulted Physiotherapist and after few months a Homeopathic doctor. Both the treatment were not long lasting. There is no continuous pain but I have now restricted myself from lifting and bending. Please suggest a permanent solution.

Do back muscle strengthening exercises regularly. That will help you a lot. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury
