Lower back pain
Sudden lower back pain on the right side. I've had pain in my lower back for the past ~2 years, primarily on the left side and more towards the leg. The diagnosis after an MRI and XRAY was that my L4-5 disk was bulging, causing sciatic pain. I've had ozone therapy done after that, in July 2016, but wasn't very effective. Since then till July 2017, I had beem taking medicines for that. The pain was greatly reduced in the past 2-3 months, probably because I was walking to and from work(~2km) almost everyday. Yesterday, I suddenly felt sharp pain in my back with no apparent reason. And it was on thr right side, instead of the left side where I usually felt the pain previously. Also, this pain was just in the back, while earlier I had been experiencing pain more in my leg than back. Pain occurs mostly when getting up after sitting for long, or when sitting after standing for long or when trying to turn when lying down.
