Lower back pain
Last month I suffered ankle injury. Doctor advised me ankle plaster. After that I started having pain in my lower back which is still subsisting and increasing day by day. What to do now?

Does the pain radiate to any of the lower limb ? When does the pain increase? Have you gained weight lately? It would require thorough history taking and may be x ray later on.

Get your back checked whether you have suffered any injury at the time of ankle injury or not. If not start your Physiotherapy, Analgesics, etc.
