Lower back pain
As it is work from home, initially I used to work for longer hours sitting on bed.The unhealthy working positions have slowly caused back pain in November.currently the pain has reduced as I corrected my sitting positing while working. However I have noticed that the pain is not completely gone. I never get pain while I am standing or walking.but when I am sleeping sideways or lay down with my legs in folded position ,it's starts paining within 5-10 minutes and gradually increases. As a result I can only sleep on my back without having any pain.any other position while sleeping or even crossing legs while sleeping on my back is causing mild pain. The pain is mostly at the end of my spinalcord/tailbone and I cannot relax in any position while sitting or sleeping without pain. The pain goes away in 5-10 minutes as I stand up or start walking.
