Low vitamin D
Recently i gone through vitamins test and found that my vitamin D level are very low, It is 7.5 and i also feel weakness, anxiety, dry eyes. please suggest how can i bring vitmain D levels up to the safe mark.

Take vit d3 60,000 units once a week for 6 to 8 weeks. Take fortified cereals, curd, cheese   eggs, orange juice, almond milk, coconut milk. Repeat serum vit d3 levels after 6 weeks.
