My vitamin D is 10ng/ml. Can that cause numbness in hands and legs?? Please suggest a supplement doctor

Hi., I can understand your concern. Yes. It can also be due to b12 deficiency. Take Tab lumia 60 k once a week after food for 3 months. Tab meganeueon od morning after food for one month.

Yes sometimes due to vitamins deficiency Kindly done vit b12 test too

Your vitamin D level is very very low. It can cause fatigue,  bone pain. Get Vitamin B12 test done. Numbness can be due that at young age.
