Low protein diet
According to my blood reports I have been suggested for very low protine diet. But after my basic research I found, low protine diet is very difficult to be nutritional as well. I want even at low protine my diet will completely nutritional and balanced as well.
I have high cholesterol, uric acid 7.4 and SGPT 100.
please suggest me better diet option to stick.

You need to take low purine diet in high uric acid condition
And low fat diet it is not difficult if you will get proper diet chat
Moderate amount of protein may i know who suggested this diet
