Include vitamin A rich fruits and vegetables ( carrot, pumpkin, beetroot,kale, sweet potato) , add more vitamin C (mango, broccoli, pineapple, tomato, papaya,Amla, capsicum), pair vitamin C with iron ( pumpkin seeds, pomegranate, lentils, green leafy vegetables)as vitamin C increases iron absorption. Add vitamin B-12( egg,milk,cheese). Include more vitamin K( green leafy vegetables,parsley,cabbage) .
