Include vitamin A rich fruits and vegetables ( carrot, pumpkin, beetroot,kale, sweet potato) , add more vitamin C (mango, broccoli, pineapple, tomato, papaya,Amla, capsicum), pair vitamin C with iron ( pumpkin seeds, pomegranate, lentils, green leafy vegetables)as vitamin C increases iron absorption. Hi These foods include Guava, Black Currant, Red pepper, Kiwi, Green peppers, Orange, Strawberries, Pineapple, Peas, Mango, Grapefruit, Broccoli. Pumpkin is a good supplier of Vitamins A and  C that help in developing blood plates
