How frequently can we have a plate beef
Hello Dr, How frequently in a week can we take a plate of  beef weighing 300-400 grams per plate. As I don't have any medical issues and do a 1hr gym workout every day. Only with mild sugar of 180.

Hi...Minimise your red meat intake instead of red meat focus on lean meat like chicken, fish,egg n all with the sugar level of 180 it is better to avoid beef or take very less amount 50g 1 or 2 small piece once in a 40 days

Healthy afternoon sir, Red meat ( such as beef, lamb, pork) can a part of the healthy diet. But eating red meat and processed meat probably increases risk of bowel cancer.

180 is not mild sugar. Pls try to avoid beef intake.

depending apon your activity level and your weight its important to eat in moderation and lean meat is preferred without fats, too much and fatty foods are directly responsible for heart related diseases.
