Low platelets
I have low fever since last 4 days along with cold and cough. Today I got cbc test done, my platelets count is 19700 and hemoglobin is 10.9 Please advise.

Fever with thrombocytopenia most likely diagnosis is Dengue fever. If present with danger signs need immediate admission and ICU care. Your Platelet count is 19700 which is lower side so need  observation. May be required platelets (SDP) transfusion.
