Hb 6 gm is very low.
We have to confirm what type of anemia it is.
After that treatment can be started.
Better to give her a bottle of blood after the investigations are complete.

Looks like iron deficiency anemia. Can be a nutritional defiency. However, considering her age, gastro intestinal malignancy or bleeding shouldn’t be missed. Please consult me online or any qualified physician in person preferably for further management
