Blood pressure have two values
Which value are you referring here
For low blood pressure you can give him 1 glass of water with hand full of sugar dissolved in it whenever his blood pressure is low or he feels uneasy

What are his symptoms with low blood pressure?..giddiness , tiredness?..there are many causess for low blood pressures...
As was asked...needs two values ( both systolic and diastolic )...
