Breakups are tough sometimes and makes the situation negative in all.so right now everything you see or feel might look worthless but all these negative thoughts are temporary.look beyond this relationship I'm am sure you will have come out as a better human. Start restructuring your self do small things you enjoy .take care of your physical and mental health you can exercise a bit and make a easy friendly time table for yourself (aiming at your career goal).meet a therapist if you cannot process even after doing the above stated activities.
