Sorry for answering so late.
First off is is definitely an alarming situation that you have lost so many teeth at this age and as you have mentioned you have a few others in similar condition. I am guessing that this could be because of gum disease. If not so it could be due to rampant Caries.
Next Steps
The first step would be to go to a good dentist to diagnose your condition.
Once diagnosed he/she should recommend a long term treatment plan which should include replacement of missing teeth as well as preservation of the remaining
Keeping your age into consideration the treatment should include methods to avoid future mishaps.
Bone augmentation and dental implants are treatment of choice in similar conditions.
Health Tips
Please see a dentist ASAP.

It's not clear how you lost u r teeth at this early age. If they are mobile then it could be due to gum problem known as periodontitis. Please visit a dentist and get to the cause of teeth loss according to which treatment could be planned.

It looks like you have poor gum condition.  ideal would be to take a full mouth xray (OPG ) & then consult your dentist for better diagnosis & treatment plan.  at your age losing so many teeth is not a good sign.  you have to act fast to save the remaining teeth.

Having this problem at your age is an alarming situation. You must visit a dentist at the earliest and get get yourself examined.
If your teeth are becoming mobile then you would need immediate treatment of your gums and surrounding bone, and then replacement of missing teeth.
If you teeth are being lost due to decay then you may need Root canal treatment and replacement of missing teeth.
Visit a dentist at the earliest for clinical examination and investigation in order to formulate a proper treatment plan for you. And don't get worried too much, things can be treated by the grace of Almighty!
