This condition is called as periodontitis. Which can occur due to collection of plaque and later it calcifies and becomes calculus. In periodontitis there is  gums reccession and bone infection. Second chance is there might be trauma from occlusion with crowding of teeth Which leads to plaque deposition and gum recession This condition is treatable

use chlorhexidine half an hour after brush twice a day for 15 days use gum paint atleast 3 times a day and massage gums in a circular motion after scaling

Go for an oral prophylaxis ....that will help to remove the calculus deposited and will help to improve your gum condition. Along with that the mouthwash can be used .

It’s due to severe periodontitis condition which causes loss of tooth attachment fibers and leads tooth mobility.you need deep cleaning of teeth and gums followed by perio plastic surgery tissue and bone graft.

The reason of looseness of teeth which has plaque and receding gums can be because of periodontitis (infection in your gums and bone)
