Loose weight in healthy way
Hi, looking for healthy way to reduce weight nearly 15 kgs and to maintanence also. I can do walk and treadmill. Can't go heavy exercise because of back pain and knee pain. Defeciancy of vitamin d3,b12. Taking suppliments for same.

For reducing wt follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk and oily food. For deficiency of vitamin b12 take milk and milk products like cheese, paneer, curd, buttermilk, tofu, almonds  etc.

Hello User Keeping in mind your medical condition & exercise pattern it is advisable to take the following measures. 1) cut down on processed foods and consume whole foods. 2) restrict sugar and maida based products. 3) make sure you walk daily for 45 minutes. 4) Increase intake of vegetables, fruits and even water 5) Make sure you are having good quality proteins and fats to maintain hormonal balance.
