Drink plenty of water everyday, have a glass of water half an hour before your meals.
Have only home cooked meals with plenty of fresh fruits and veggies. Eat less rice, potatoes.
Have your dinner early and keep it light.
Exercise at least 5 times a week and 30 to 40 minutes each time.
Get proper sleep every night.
