I want to loose more 20kg and simultaneously make the skin brighten..what medicine should be preferred to me

Ur target is very high! Ur present weight is? Ur young now. Ok do take some planned diet and  brisk workouts. Eat plenty of vegetables,fruits and greengram sprouts  in every meal. Cut down ur intake of carbohydrates sugars . Substitute vegetables fruits wherever possible. Also substitute  rice with millets,wheat,. Drink enough water,buttermilk . Two almonds,two drydates,five raisins,two figs and two walnuts a day is good to keep fit. Cut down ur oil intake. Avoid fastfoods,preserved foods,bakeryfoods,oilyspicy nonveg foods. Sleep leisurely for six hours every night. Walk yoga exercise ,sports everyday for two hrs atleast. If u need medicines u can call thru practo and consult.
