Only gym is not the solution to lose weight. A balanced diet plan needs to be followed with high protein and low -fat foods. Restrict carbs intake. Have a healthy breakfast with 1-2 eggs, 2 toast, milk or oats & milk, fruits. For lunch & dinner, have 1-2 chapatis with vegetable, salad & curd. In lunch have proteins like paneer, dals, non-veg .
