Grade 1 fatty liver is not something which you should worry of. You need to decrease the intake of oil and fat in your food and include exercise in your life. 30 minutes of exercise for at least 5 days of week, is recommended for your better heart health.

Grade 1 fatty liver means that there is a small amount of fat accumulation in the liver cells, which is a common condition and can occur due to various reasons such as obesity, insulin resistance, high cholesterol levels, and unhealthy lifestyle habits. Your reports show slightly elevated levels of cholesterol and bilirubin, which may indicate an underlying liver dysfunction. However, the fact that intra and extrahepatic biliary and vascular radicles are not dilated and other organs appear normal is a positive sign. Fatty liver is a reversible condition, and with proper treatment, lifestyle changes, and follow-up care, it can be cured. The primary goal of treatment is to reduce the amount of fat in the liver and prevent further damage to the liver cells. The treatment plan may include changes in diet and lifestyle habits, such as regular exercise, maintaining a healthy weight, reducing alcohol consumption, and avoiding high-calorie and high-fat foods. Regular follow-up with with me is crucial to monitor the progress and adjust the treatment plan accordingly. In some cases, fatty liver can progress to more severe liver diseases such as cirrhosis or liver cancer if left untreated, but early intervention can prevent these complications.
