Cirrhosis is a USG and then Clinical Score finding. LFTs dont indicate Cirrhosis. So first get fresh LFTs again and then USG Whole Abdomen and then book a consultation for Liver medications and other holistic treatment approach. I have treated many patients with deranged LFTs. I hope this helps.

You need USG ABDOMEN also to properly assess liver This level of high enzymes usually indicate fatty liver which USG ABDOMEN will confirm

Cirrhosis cannot be determined by LFT. its the last stage of liver disease. Dont worry.your liver enzymes are raised and can be reduced with some lifestyle modifications.you may require some medication.however an evaluation is needed for that.some more investigations may also be required
Next Steps
please consult with a few more details
