There are several potential causes for fatty liver—alcohol consumption and obesity being the most common. Since you haven't provided specific details about your lifestyle, comorbidities, or medical history, it’s difficult to give personalized treatment advice. Therefore, my guidance will remain general. Address the underlying cause of your fatty liver: If you consume alcohol regularly, it is essential to stop. You've mentioned your weight is 107 kg. At a height of 6 feet 1 inch (185.4 cm), this results in a BMI of 31.1, which falls under Grade I obesity. Your ideal weight should be around 85–90 kg. General Recommendations: Eat clean: Focus on a balanced, whole-food-based diet. Caffeine is said to have some benefit in patients with Fatty liver. Consume one cup of black coffee daily if you can tolerate it. Exercise regularly: Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate activity per week. Consult a dietician for a personalized nutrition plan. Consider seeing a Gastroenterologist for further evaluation and management.
