Liver not working is the problem.
Do the following,
1. Low salt diet
2. Check weight daily and aim with treatment is to go down by at least 1kg per day
3. Medications:
i) Spironolactone 50mg daily in the morning
ii) Furosemide 20mg daily in the morning
iii) Propranolol 40mg daily in the morning
4. Blood tests: CBP, INR, LFT, KFT, AFP, Ferritin, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, ESR, ANA, Anti-mitochondrial antibodies
5. Gastroscopy
6. See a Gastroenterologist if you can
7. Any blood in stools or black stools or severe abdomen pains with fever or confusion or stops passing urine — MUST SEE A DOCTOR

With moderate ascites- need to take sample of fluid to get it tested whether its infectious or not
Get your viral markers done like Hbsag,Anti-hcv ,AFP
Get your endoscopy done- To check for esophagus varices
