Linea alba in cheek
I have linea alba inside cheek both sides for more than 3 weeks.
However there is mild jaw pain with some time cheek bites during having food.
Please let me know what need to do as i am not chewing any tobacco only smoke.
Doing salt rinse twice a day.

Linea Alba is a normal finding. You don’t need to do anything about it. Cheek bite should be checked only if it is happening very often. Get a regular dental check up also
