Partial tear will stay as it is but as long as knee is stable you don’t need surgery. Strength your quads and hamstrings.

A bulky, wavy and large partial tear means your ACL could be lax (loose). Due to which you might have instability while walking on uneven/ slippery surfaces, turning on your leg. Even climbing up and down the stairs becomes difficult.
Next Steps
this is not an emergency so, physio can be attempted.
Health Tips
prolonged instability will lead to rapid joint wear out, and early arthritis. You can contact me directly for ACL rehab protocol.

Before I write down my opinion I wish to ask 1. Are you an athlete ? 2. Do you complain of instability in your knee
Next Steps
Please try to understand that only chronic full thickness ACL tears with associated instability mandate a surgical reconstruction Rest can be managed non operatively
