Leg knee pain
A month back Had a small bike skid and my earlier knee pain got increased, unable to sit and pains a lot when sit and stand. Also unable to use normal rest rooms due to the same problem

Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).

X-ray and MRI must firstly. If all is OK ya partial injury is in ligament then start physiotherapy treatment immediately. If any injury is in bone then follow pop ya surgery

Hi You must be having ligament injury to your knee.  You need to visit your Orthopedic surgeon and get investigated and you need proper  treatment.

If their is swelling take cold pack till the swelling subsides. Then proper assessment is needed to identify the source of your knee pain if you can carry a x-ray with you to the physiotherapist it can be helpful.
