Don’t worry too much about ur Heart rate it’s fine, My advice would be : - Reduce your stress - Have dinner earlier and avoid having oily / spicy foods during the night -Modify your lifestyle a little, like try changing your sleeping bed / pillows and sleeping position. - Avoid intense workouts (in case if you're doing any) - Have adequate sleep - Reduce your stress have tab para 500mg in case of more pain
