If there is no history of any fall, gym, and trauma then it can be a muscle spasm only by overuse of muscles in any specific activity or bad posture.
Next Steps
if it lasts for more than 5 days then go for xray only.
Health Tips
Stretching , hot compression and range of motion in all planes.

How long do you have this pain? Did you fall? You should take an MRI shoulder to rule out the cause for your pain. You should consult a physiotherapist or orthopaedist in person for complete assessment and treatment.

At your age it is probably overuse or injury so get an online Physiotherapy Consultation , some exercises and instructions will be helpful. During assessment if any shoulder muscle injury looks complex, you may be referred further.
