Knee pain with MRI reports
Hi Doctor, I am facing knee pain from last around 2 years. I recovered from coronavirus in May, 2020 and my knee pain suddenly started post that.i though it might be weakness so didn't pay much attention but now I have got knees MRI done after around 2 years of intermittent pain in knees . It hurts mostly when I sit cross legs or sit in deep squat . Anything that puts pressure on my knees cause low grade pain/uncomfortable feeling. Also since then, I feel difficulty in kneeling down on knees (knees seem tender and it feels my inner joints are exposed) . My MRI reports are attached. Please look into the reports and let me know if it requires certain treatment ? And I am now thinking to join gym and yoga back. Can I do that because I used to be regular in gym and fitness activities before 2020/coronavirus pandemic?

I think your mri is just showing chance findings which could have been there before also. What you sound like you need is vitamin d and b12 supplements because you probably are low in these. Injections will help not capsules. Once your levels get to normal , body starts healing itself and your knee pains will go away.
Next Steps
consult if needed
Health Tips
get injectable supplement
