"Hello! Thank you for reaching out. Without seeing your x-ray, it's difficult to say whether or not you have osteoarthritis. Pain when walking, climbing stairs, or running can be a symptom of osteoarthritis, but it can also be caused by other factors such as muscle strain or injury. I would recommend that you schedule an appointment with your physiotherapist to review your x-ray and discuss your symptoms in detail. In the meantime, there are things you can do to manage your pain such as hot fomentation at home for 10 minutes., Apply volini gel on affected area. learn strengthening exercises from a physiotherapist.I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any more questions."
Next Steps
consult a physiotherapist
Health Tips
guided exercises by physiotherapist gives very good result. Take physiotherapy sessions .

Your condition suggests of articular cartilage damage caused by stress/overuse injury which leads to more pain while deep knee bending(running, walking upstairs).if it would have been osteoarthritic changes pain would increase while going downstairs.
Next Steps
