Knee pain while using Indian toilet and climbing stairs or squatting points out to wear and tear in underside of your knee cap bone classically..If this is suspected and seen by the radiologist only then will he give a report on this.. Otherwise he wil report things which are seen visibly to him without causing symptoms for you.. For now avoid position in which you feel pain and stop the supplements.. Do some knee strengthening exercises , these wil help you a lot..

Hello greetings from Kolkata. Your MRI report is suggestive of quadriceps tendinopathy. That can give rise to pain in the front of the knee. If you have pain while sitting  or while using the Indian washroom get an xray done AP view with full weight bearing and lateral. It may be something other than what your report suggests.
Next Steps
share pictures of xray film. show any nearby orthopaedic surgeon.
