Knee injury
I have a chronic partial acl tear and grade 1 globular intrasubstance in the posterior horn of the medial meniscus and linear grade 2 signal in the anterior horn of the lateral meniscus. What will the further line of treatment be? Will I have to undergo surgery?

Conservative trial  for 6 weeks then may be surgery if there is locking or instability. Do quadriceps (static exercises) and wear a long knee brace for 6 weeks.
