Knee and ankle popping
Whenever I squat or do any physical exercise I hear a popping sound from my knees , it doesn't hurts but it's irritating and embarrassing . Wanted to know if I can get rid of it  "permanently" through medication .

No medication. Get mri done if worrisome.

Your information is insufficient, need to know more . Based on your information it looks like vague symptoms. You can take calcium supplements for this along with quadriceps strengthening exercise for knee joint. I think it will be sufficient to you.

Popping sound is mostly due bubbles in knee fluid or chondromalacia patellae
