Kindly help
I have been on nexito for 8 months now, now on alternate dose. Does this drug cause sleeplessness and I am not able to breathe with full capacity. Not blaming the medicine it is helping me recover well. It's been a while I am not able to breath fully, sometimes I have to take deeper breaths through mouth and feel slight difficulty during bed time which is noticable. I get up 1-2 times in night. Are these potential symptoms of sleep apnea? I'm really worried. What can I do for this?

Yup this drugs side effect is insomnia, but no these are not symptoms of sleep apnea. Tell me something, are you terrified when you wake up? Breathing difficulty could be related a lot of other things but as you're 22 we can rule out most of them.... I think it more has to do with your mental health. I'm presuming you're having bouts of depression, am I right? If that's true then these could be related. If you want some help with sleep exercises I'll certainly help. Try clearing your head before you sleep. No thoughts( good or bad). Try counting and grounding exercises.
Next Steps
consult with a bit more details. otherwise try following these exercises
