There is no mental peace feeling stressed and downed. Unable to handle things at home. Always feeling lonely and sometimes feel like I want to go far away place frm all this.

All these symptoms can be due to a traumatic event or emotional situation. Please before thinking about using medicine, think about the reason of all these symptoms. With medicine the reason won't be solved, all be remained and also medicine can make so many side effects which make another challenges.
A psychologist/therapist help you to find the reason and with a proper treatment get rid of all these challenges.
These symptoms can be natural reactions to your situation. So means that you don't have psychological disorder yet to use medicine. If with therapy after at least couple of months, didn't feel better, then you can think about medicine. And medicine is for sever problems, for understanding about your situation, you need a professional to evaluate your situation with more details.
