Ketogenic Diet
Hi I'm a 31 year old male currently weighing at 107 kgs. I recently underwent a whole body checkup and all my blood tests were in the normal range, hdl, ldl, triglycerides, lipid profile, t3, t4, tsh, etc. I just want someone to guide me on how can i maintain on a ketogenic diet, as i tend to start the diet oftenly but then within a week or week and a half I'm not able to maintain it and i end up gaining weight instead of losing weight. I have a very sedentary lifestyle not exercising at all but planning to start soon.

Hi there! It is always better to do things which is sustainable. Where you are not able to stick to ketogenic diet as it is not sustainable you are simply forcefully following it. So it will just repeat you will lose and gain. Ketogenic diet is for epilepsy patients just as each body is different it needs customized plans and gives longterm results. Everyone mostly have sedentary lifestyle and 100% they can lose weight without any physical activity with us.

For reducing wt follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water.. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk and oily food. For removing extra fat from all parts of ur body apply oil and gel for massage.

Hi, I understand your concern, same time I would recommend you plan for a more balance nutrtion plan for weight loss, as Keto diet is certainly not a permenant solution. As weight loss with Keto needs lot of physical training as well. Hence it's ideal to take up a more Holistic plant based diet and weight loss that is gradual and permanent.

1st of all dont do ketogenic diet that is not for weight loss 2 nd for weight loss u need to start doing regular exercise for 45 min n balance diet as per your Avoid siting for long hours Avoid eating out junck food
