Joint pain after eating certain foods
I am getting Joint pain after eating certain foods. Pain comes in elbow joints and knee joints. The foods are egg with yellow, coconut meat. These foods are low in GI. Then why does the pain come after eating these foods? What does this pain really mean??

Gud morning pls do vitamins deficiency test of all vitamins like d,b12,calcium,phosphorus,iron and kidney functioning test uric acid,creatinine asap.If any abnormalities marked,pls,consult physician then.thereafter if u need dietary recommendations pls connect directly through practo app.
