What are the best foods to eat for a person with GERD? Don't mention the food i need to avoid,i already know that.

Hello,
You can take whole grain bread,brown rice,couscous, vegetables like potato and roots vegetables, fruit like banana, melon,apple,pear, Fat like olive oil,sesame canola,sunflower, avocado,peanut.
You can also use corn,flaxseed, nuts,soybean, tofu,fish like,salmon,trout.

Avoid eating just before bed ,chew properly.

Foods which can be taken for GERD are oatmeal, moong dal kichadi, less spicy sabu Dana kichadi, Banana, milk and dairy. Products, yoghurt, jeera water etc.
