Jaundice and almonds
Can i eat almonds in jaundice??how many in a day???if i iwas taking medium sized almonds,if it will worsen the situation???

Yes you can take almond, but it's for your information, almond having good poly unsaturated fat, combines with free redicals,give good result,still it's fat.
