Itching in pregnancy
Is homeopathy effective in pregnancy related issues?. I had Intrahepatic Cholestasis of Pregnancy (ICP) in my 1st pregnancy and was given medication to maintain my LFT levels, I am currently pregnant with 2nd kid and in 2nd trimester, I have started developing some itching in body, in this case is there any homeopathy medicine that can help me maintain my LFT levels?

Itching over body is mainly due to hormonal imbalances.

Having had ICP before means you're at high risk of it happening again, so new itching this pregnancy needs to be taken seriously and checked rather than treated with homeopathy. There's no good evidence that homeopathy can control bile acid or LFT levels in ICP, and in pregnancy it isn't worth the risk of under-treating a condition that affects your baby's safety too.

Get your LFTs and bile acid levels tested now, and let your obstetrician know about the itching right away. If ICP is confirmed again, standard treatment with ursodeoxycholic acid under monitoring usually keeps both you and your baby safe.

See your doctor sooner if the itching is severe, worse on your palms and soles, or your urine turns dark.
